I’ve been a long time client also and I agree with Dolores, I have nothing but Praise for PayAdvance. I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to share publicly with others about their great service. They’re very reliable (on time) and they even take the courtesy to call customers to make sure they meet your need. Then of course the bonus is the flat fee that’s charged. This is the only pay-day-loan service I know that doesn’t rip you off. I recommend it to everyone caught in a bind and needs quick, temporal assistance.

Thank you very much for your comments. I believe our fee structure is one of the lowest in the industry. Our goal is to only charge a reasonable fee that is fair to our clients and at the same time allows us, as a company, to continue to provide a financial option to our clients in times of need.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and I have never had a problem receiving a cash advance. If you send an email, you get a response in a timely manner. If you call the company by phone, you talk to a real person. Keep up the good work!!!
